About Us

Naeem Mukhtar started his career as an aeronautical engineer in Pakistan Air Force. He did his MBA from Preston University, Delaware, and MS(Telecom) from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, USA.

Naeem has the exclusive distinction of holding two expert-level technology certifications. He is a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE #11513) and ITIL Expert (IT Infrastructure Library).

Naeem began his IT career as a Product Development Manager at Sprint Canada in the year 2000. He then went on to work for Cisco from 2006 to 2016 in three different countries (Pakistan, Qatar and Canada) in various sales and strategy roles. He successfully ran a sign franchise business in Milton, Ontario from 2017 to 2024.

Naeem is a passionate educator, and has taught ITIL and various Cisco networking courses at institutions in Pakistan, Canada and the US over the last 20 years. He is also a Certified Cisco Systems Instructor (CCSI), a coveted Cisco certification held by only a few.

Naeem has been studying personal development for over a decade. He is an avid follower of Darren Hardy, one of the most recognized names in the personal development industry. He is an alumni of Darren Hardy’s most popular personal development programs ‘Insane Productivity’, ‘Hero’s Journey’ and ‘Business Master Class’. Naeem is also a member of John Maxwell leadership certified team.

Naeem currently runs training sessions and seminars on his flagship training program called ‘Developing Success Mindset’ in Toronto, Canada.
